After submitting your Esensi Wish List via email, an Esensi representative will call you to review your order and receive payment.
design services
If you have a residential, hospitality or commercial project that needs accessorizing and would like us to offer some suggestions for you, please inquire about our design services. At times, we have additional one-of-a-kind items that have not been put on our website.
payment
Esensi will accept check or American Express. Please call during business hours to arrange payment. Both forms of payment can be accepted over the telephone.
shipping
Due to the unique sizes and designs of each of our accessories, the shipping and handling is determined based on each item. At times a standard box size is not adequate enough to insure your product arrives safely. We will propose our various shipping options when we call to review your order.
receipt and inspection
Upon delivery of your goods, items should be inspected for damage/discrepancies within forty-eight hours. Within this time frame you must notify Esensi of any issues via email to claims@esensi.com. Due to the organic nature of many of our products, natural flaws are not considered damages.
